Steens Honey dispatches orders within 2 to 3 working days of receiving payment confirmation. All our deliveries are dispatched with New Zealand Post.

Postage costs will vary depending on the weight of your purchase and the destination country. You can view the estimated shipping cost by selecting the country of delivery in the 'Shopping Cart' and using the 'Estimate Shipping & Tax' function. This is shown due the checkout process
NEW ZEALAND (DOMESTIC) ORDERS
- Shipping is FREE to New Zealand for orders over NZ$50. For orders less than NZ$50, please use the “'Estimate Shipping & Tax' function in the shopping cart.
- It usually takes 3 to 5 working days or for delivery within New Zealand.
- Please be aware that our courier company is unable to deliver to PO Box addresses. please make sure a physical address is entered in your order.
- For delivery to any commercial address, please supply the name of the business in the delivery address details of your order.
- Unfortunately, we do not deliver to any offshore island of New Zealand. This includes Waiheke Island and other islands in the Hauraki Gulf, Great Barrier and Little Barrier Island, Matakana Island, Chatham Islands, and Stewart island.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
- The cost of delivery depends on the weight of the products and the destination.
- You can view the estimated shipping cost by selecting the country of delivery in the 'Shopping Cart' and using the 'Estimate Shipping & Tax' function. This is shown above.
- We run free shipping promotion for different destinations from time to time.
- Please make sure you subscribe to our newsletter and stay in the loop.
- It normally takes 7 - 14 working days for delivery – depending upon destination.
- It may take longer than noted above to deliver your package during Christmas, Easter and the New Years holiday period due to the availability of the courier and postage services.
- Please be aware that our courier company is unable to deliver to PO Box addresses. please make sure a physical address is entered in your order.For delivery to any commercial address, please supply the name of the business in the delivery address details of your order.
IMPORTANT NOTES ABOUT DUTIES AND TAX
- Please make sure you provide a valid email address and phone number when placing your order so that our courier company can contact you if your package is held at the border.
- Any import duties or taxes that are levied by the authorities of your country are your responsibility. We strongly recommend that you check your country's import regulations prior to confirming your order.
- In the event that a parcel is unclaimed by a receiver in the recipient country and is returned back to us, we are not obligated to provide a refund to the value of the product. We will, however, provide the option of resending the item(s) with any additional shipping costs incurred resting with the customer(s) concerned.
